Why I Write

My commitment to you and why I write.

I love to read.

As a reader, I want to be inspired, entertained, and encouraged. I also want to laugh and get butterflies over sweet romances.

As a writer, I want my readers to be inspired, entertained, and encouraged.

I also want to make you laugh and give you butterflies over sweet romances.  

Most of all I write to please my Lord and to declare His gospel. I believe He created me to share His gospel through the novels, columns, and blogs that I write.

You can confidently share my books with all of your friends, whether they share your faith or not, and not be embarrassed by any scenes. I hate when you take a chance on a new author or find a great story that is ruined by illicit material.

So, no spicy scenes to be found in my books. No shenanigans between characters—married or not. No implication of closed-door activities for unmarried characters, either.

What you will find in my books: authentic faith, realistic relationships, and biblical truth.

I love sweet love stories and all the mushy feels that go with them. But I will not cross the line into sinful descriptions of intimacy.

What you will find here is faith-filled romance worth swooning over. Nothing more, and certainly nothing less.
